LTN believes in a holistic approach to development, intervention programs addressing the immediate needs as well as ensuring future sustainability of the development. Program utilizes a combination of activities from the core development areas. Social & Human Rights development, Economic development and welfare development in meting beneficiaries needs. LTN practices group-based development approach to reach its age groups. Through orientation meetings, workshop and seminars the group identify their problems and assess their needs in a supportive environment provided by the facilitators. Regular group meetings, seminar and workshops plays a significant role in group development. Groups met weekly for savings mobilization and capacity building. After the training activities and access to IGAs group members are provided Micro-Credit for attaining self-sufficiency and reliance.
