Organizational Management
Is consisting of 21 members of prominent civil society having substantial experience in grassroots level development activities. The G.C. is the supreme authority of the organization and sits once in a year to review and approve annual budgets, expenditures and progresses and formulate policy decisions and elect the members of Executive Committee.
- As per constitution, LTN has a seven (7) member Executive Committee under the general guidance of which all activities of LTN are undertaken. The E.C. takes the responsibility for guiding, approving, monitoring & Evaluating the work of the organization in conformity with its mission and objectives.
The member of the executive committee appoints the Executive Director/CEO. The General Secretary carries out the responsibilities of the organization as its Executive. He is also a member of the Executive Committee. Since the Executive and a member of the EC as well, he carries the task of liaison between E.C. and management cadre.
